The Auditorium, Community Room, and Mezzanine must be booked at least 5 business days before your event.
Guide to Reserving a Room at the Library:

Standard Access Time: Doors will be unlocked and rooms will be available exactly at the start time of your confirmed reservation.

Setup and Preparation: Your reservation window must include all time needed for setup, technical testing, and floral/catering arrangements.

Early Entry: Access to the room prior to your scheduled start time is not permitted, as the space may be in use or undergoing maintenance.

Prompt Departure: Please ensure the room is reset and vacated by the end of your scheduled block to respect the next reservation.
Pro Tip: If your event requires 30 minutes of preparation, please book your reservation to begin 30 minutes before your guests are scheduled to arrive.

For-profit: $50/hr*
*Rates are increased by $35/hr during closed hours and $40/hr on Sunday
