Calling all creative kids, tweens/teens, and adults! You are invited to participate in our Bookmark Design Contest!
Starting September 3 until October 12, 2024, we’re looking for drawings, paintings, and designs from all ages that involve the theme: “Color Your World.” Your designs can incorporate books, cultures, geography, and more, with art, paint, or whatever medium you’d like to use!
Contest Information
Participants will compete in the following categories for a chance to see their designs featured in the Library as well as used to promote big Library events happening throughout the year!

Kids (Grades K–5)

Tweens/Teens (Grades 6-12)

Adults

Be creative and have fun!

Use your original creations (no copyrighted images or characters)

The deadline for submissions is Oct. 12, 2024

Entrants must reside in the Library’s Service Area

Winning designs are subject to Library administration approval
Library staff will select 10 finalists in each age category on October 14. Public voting will take place in the Library from October 15 through November 2. Winners will be announced on November 6! Grand prize winners will have their designs made into bookmarks that will be handed out to promote the Library and made available to patrons in the community throughout the year.
